Thanks for reporting this bug. Could you please show the contents of
/var/log/libvirt/libvirtd.log and look in /var/log/syslog for any
meaningful messages?
What does 'sudo status libvirt-bin' show at the moment? If it does not
show 'Running', then what does 'sudo start libvirt-bin' show, and does
'sudo /usr/sbin/libvirtd -v' show anything helpful?
