* Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #134552). Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Remove pycompat file
- Add pyversions file
- Remove dh_python from debian/rules
- debian/control:
+ Bump python-support version to >= 0.5.3
+ Update maintainer per spec
