How about uploading a unity-greeter-badges 0.3-0ubuntu1 now, *without* installing the wmaker badge (and leaving this bug open)?
Once wmaker 0.95.6-1 is sync'd, upload a unity-greeter-badges 0.3-0ubuntu2 that installs the wmaker badge and breaks/replaces on wmaker-common << 0.95.6-1~ .
