Steps to reproduce the problem:
1 - launch gallery
2 - rotate the phone and see that gallery rotates as well
3 - pull down the "Rotation" indicators panel and turn on the "Rotation Lock"
switch
4 - Close the indicators panel and rotate the phone
Expected outcome:
Gallery app does not rotate
Actual outcome:
Gallery app rotates
Comments:
Locking the rotation via the system-settings application works.
