Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 15.04 devel-proposed r78

0. Switch your phone to a passcode if you are not currently using one.
1. Navigate to System Settings > "Security & Privacy" > "Lock phone" > "Lock
security".
2. Choose "Passphrase..."
3. Without entering anything in any of the fields, choose "Set".
4. Enter your passcode, and choose "Set" again.

What happens:
3. "Incorrect passcode. Try again."
4. "No password supplied".

What should happen:
3. "Whenever a passcode field does not contain exactly four digits ... the main
action button should be insensitive."
4. "Whenever ... a passphrase field is empty ... the main action button should
be insensitive."
5. The UI should not use the word "password" at all.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityAndPrivacySettings#common-behavior>

These problems do not occur for the "Switch to passcode" dialog, which
suggests duplication of code. Passcode fields should behave the same way
across all these dialogs, and passphrase fields should also behave the
same way across all these dialogs.

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
