0. Switch your phone to a passcode if you are not currently using one.
1. If bug 1371655 has not been fixed, wait five minutes.
2. Navigate to System Settings > "Security & Privacy" > "Lock phone" > "Lock 
security".
3. Choose "Swipe (no security)".
4. Choose "Set".

What happens: "Incorrect passphrase. Try again."

What should happen: "Whenever a passcode field does not contain exactly
four digits, [or] a passphrase field is empty ... the main action button
should be insensitive."
