I think we should wait until the KDE 3.5.5 release until we open kopete translations again in Rosetta.
Although this is a normal situation for Rosetta (i.e. a fork of upstream translations) it is expanded by Kopete not including any translations (they will be included again in KDE 3.5.5) so anyone translating in Rosetta will have a much higher chance of duplicating existing translations.
