Judging from the code, the logind-handle-lid-switch property causes xfpm
to ignore the lid switch event, if set to true. That means, that if you
want to set the action for the lid close event in xfpm (that is, that
xfpm reacts on such an event), this property must not be set to true.
Else logind will handle the event and executes what ever is defined in
logind.conf.

IMO this property should be removed, its confusing and xfpm has the
ability to handle lid switch events.
