This probably needs a new kernel driver (ex. dell-wireless.c I
developed) but the discussion with upstream is still on-going. This can
also needs some confirmation from Dell as well.
Luckily the patches work for Latitude E5440 and E6440. I probably need
the acpidump (acpidump > acpi.log) to confirm the BIOS design is also
the same.
