The geary desktop email client seems to lag when I try to write a
reply to an email message
Status in geary package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
When I start typing text, the program stalls for a few seconds and
then displays the characters, very slowly. It drags itself and only
displays one character at a time. I had to minize the program window
and bring it back up as a silly way of refreshing it just to get the
cursor blinking again awaiting text input. I have not experienced this
issue running geary on 32bit versions of ubuntu, specifically Lubuntu
14.04 32bit and xubuntu 14.04 32bit.
