Public bug reported:

I've noticed lately that, if I leave the settings app open but unfocused
overnight, it becomes unresponsive in the morning. I think it may be
getting a backlog of events or something along those lines, because if
it's only in the background for an hour it'll eventually become
responsive when I try to use it again. I think the duration of
unresponsiveness correlates with the duration it was left alone in the
background.

This was on krillin rtm image 222, but has been happening for a while.

An easy workaround is to close the app and re-start it, but it probably
shouldn't be getting stuck after being idle.
