Yep, I agree blacklisting intel chipset altogether is a bit overkill. I can admit new 'intel' driver is the next big thing regarding intel chipsets, but for now it just does'nt seem to work much better than i810 in quite a few situations (this bug and a few others in xorg reporting problems with 'intel' driver).
