Interesting, do-release-upgrade -d is certainly supposed to work. A bug
report with the precise failure would be appreciated! s/utopic/vivid/ in
/etc/apt/sources.list and good old "apt full-upgrade" (or apt-get dist-
upgrade) works well. But keep in mind that vivid is still under
development and pre-feature freeze/beta. So you might want to try a live
system first (or only) :-)

Either way, I was mostly curious whether this only affects 14.04 or
newer releases too.
