Bug confirmed on laptop ASUS U36JC with Nvidia GT218M [GeForce 310M]. Im on Ubuntu 14.10 and the provided debs caused the boot to fail, meaning that the system froze during boot. I had to reinstall the original packages from a chroot environment in order to repair the system. Did anyone experience these issue?
