Public bug reported:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX
5200] (rev a1)
At least with this video card, usplash does not show any graphics at
all. On boot I see some error messages scrolling by very fast (in text
mode). This happens since the switch to svgalib.
(Not many details here, the issue is well known and has been attempted
to be debugged; allegedly it's a problem with the real-mode emulation
code).
** Affects: usplash (Ubuntu)
Importance: Untriaged
Status: Unconfirmed
