You tell us to add your sources.list in order to install the newer libgphoto, but I see there are many more other programs in your repo. Isn't it better to provide us a link to the actual deb package you are offering, because some will not feel safe to add extra repos when using GGibbon, which is risky enough already. Have a nice day.
