It could also be an issue with an error in the download of your ISO, or
in the copying to the installation media. Because of this, you will want
to verify the image (there's an option at the boot menu).
Please either a) upgrade and test or b) increase the verbosity of the
steps to recreate it so we can try again.
I will make this bug incomplete until this additional information is
obtained. Within 60 days, the bug will automatically expire.
