I can also confirm this appears to have been resolved on the 15 February
2015 daily vivid amd64. Keyboard shortcuts work as expected, and
~/.config/openbox/lubuntu-rc.xml is where it should be. I am going to
mark this as incomplete so it expires if not updated again. If anyone
still encounters this bug, please update.
