Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: totem
All subtitles are displayed as "*** ****** 1234 ** ***". I've tried
switching the subtitle font and encoding (UTF-8, CP-1251, KOI8-R and
even the old DOS codepage 866 - and still I have these "***".
On the other hand, Kaffeine seems to display the subtitles normally for
the same movie files.
