Ok We can inform Ubuntu about this. I found the solution. I just don't know who to send it to. Ubuntu 14.10 uses the :
HP-DesignJet_130-cdnj500.ppd as the driver for the HP DesignJet 130 printer. This driver does not work properly. However by changing the driver to : HP-DesignJet_130-chp220.ppd Which is also an option, it is working great as far as I have tested it. Thanks for Jugging me to pursue it further.
