Logan, I knew I forgot something. Problem: requestsync doesn't work when the package was just uploaded to the Debian repositories - which had happened about an hour before I emailed - requestsync didn't see the updated package (hence why DateTime not Available is my entry put into the changelog there, until Debain updates).
