** Description changed:

- Lenovo t430
- ubuntu 14.04
- Intel® Ivybridge Mobile Graphics
- Intel® Core™ i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz × 4
- Patched to feb20th2015
-
- I have my laptop plugged in to 2 screens.
- One in the mini display port
- one in the vga port.
- Becuase my graphics card only supports two at a time my laptop screen shuts
off.
- At the end of the day i suspend my laptop and close the screen and remove all
cables. (including the monitors)
- If i open the computer later with no screens plugged in the brightness can
not be controlled and the laptops brightness is left very low until i reboot.
- The physical brightness adjust keys move the brightness bar but the screen
does not get any more bright or dim.
- If i use the brightness slider under brightness and lock menu, sliding the
bar does not effect the actual brightness of the screen.
- This problem repeats every time i do this.
+ remove
