The same problem here. Too annoying. Keys stuck when they're "hot". I have never seen this bug initiated in a terminal window or any text area (only once, when i pressed space in the Google Reader to move to the next item and it started to read all items below the current, i switched with mouse to the terminal window and got spaces running there). Sometimes get cursor keys stuck. We really miss KeyUp event.
