Dear Christopher,

I am using an LTS release, which as I understand it means "Long Term
Support". This reply does not seem to indicate what the release claims
to be. I need this laptop for work and I cannot simply re-
install/upgrade the operating system.

I have given full reports of all my logs and there was no debugging
attempt on your side. Instead, you mark it as incomplete, even though I
have given all the log files available.

Could you instead only for a small period of time try to help me debug
it and fix it? Or provide any support at all, instead of "Please update
the OS"?
