I filed a bug against libvigraimpex earlier: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvigraimpex/+bug/1404996
In short: saga fails to build against this version of the library. I've not had time to investigate in detail, but by excluding this module at least the rest of SAGA builds. SAGA was built succesfully in debian unstable.
