The issue definitely lives deeper than media-hub, but I'm not exactly
sure which lower component quite yet so I'll leave media-hub on the
affected list for now. This same issue shows up if you unlock the
welcome screen while a video is loaded and the mediaplayer-app is in the
foreground when locked. Once the issue is solved for one of these cases,
it should be solved for all of them.
