Public bug reported:
If I click ALT+F2 then open KSysGuard, the command window (The rectangle at the
top) remains appearing forever at all desktops as shown in Bug1.png and
KSysGuard is loaded. If I close KSysGuard, I get error as shown in Bug2.png.
If I open it from start, the whole start bar lags forever as shown in Bug3.png,
After closing it, I get the same error as shown in Bug4.png.
Reproducible: Always.
