This isn't a polarssl bug, but a bug in the rogue 'libpolarssl1' package
you have installed from the Dolphin Emulator PPA. Either remove that
package (and hope dolphin still works) or tell the maintainer of the
dolphin PPA to add a proper Conflicts relation.
