Thanks for notice about new BIOS.
I updated all OS packages and updated BIOS to 2.30 version.
There is output of 'sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s
bios-release-date' command:
V2.30
01/12/2015
But resume after sleep still doesn't work.
