We have begun to see a noticeable percentage of this in our Openstack-
on-Openstack automated testing. I've not yet dug too deeply, but the
symptom is: a deployment completes and tests successfully, then as
we're collecting logs from machines, one or more of the compute nodes
falls over with: http://paste.ubuntu.com/10556479/

Let me know if there's anything you'd like for us to try. This is on
our private cloud "serverstack" environment.
