LXDE != Lubuntu. For example I'm still on Ubuntu just with some LXDE
packages but with no Lubuntu packages.

It is not only about removing lxsession-logout as it is now not
guaranteed anymore that it gets installed if somebody wants to install
LXDE on its Ubuntu system.
