Binary package hint: virtualbox-ose

Virtualbox freeze completly my computer when I try to start WinXP pro with my 
new kernel 2.6.22 (I've just dist-upgraded to gutsy). All that I can do is just 
doing a hard reset.
If I start my computer with the 2.6.20 kernel, all is ok, it works very well !
I've tried with the virtualbox-ose package from gutsy repository and with the 
feisty package available on the virtualbox website, it is exactly the same 
problem.
I'm using virtualbox 1.5

I have that in my syslog before crashing, I don't know if it can help :
