The UITK test plan script needs the following improvements:
- broken tests too need to be re executed, not only the failed tests
- make the screen unlocking more robust
- print out only the real regressions when the silo/PPA test are compared to
the reference tests
- remove tests from the plan what are locking up the device
- handle errors and command execution failures
