Freshclam fails to get updates for days, with the following diagnostics
in /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log:

Eventually it gets through and gets daily.cvd but we may have several
days running with outdated signature database.  I'd suggest upgrading
clamav package to a newer version and/or increasing retry interval to
avoid "too often connections" situation.
