Have also tested the latest upstream: get the same issue

but that faulty address is refering to an old known error reported many times
since kernel 3 family:
kernel: pci 0000:00:1f.0: can't claim BAR 13 [io 0x0800-0x087f]: address
conflict with ACPI CPU throttle [io 0x0810-0x0815]

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=113465
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-lowlatency/+bug/1353916
and many others; its an upstream issue (some suggest that hpsa driver could be
blamed)
