I ran into (apparently the same) this bug with nvidia-340 and nvidia-340-uvm on vivid. The crash reporter directed it to this bug. You should probably either assign my crash report data to a new bug concerning nvidia-340 and nvidia-340-uvm, or add these as affected packages.
