It seems to me like at least some of these changes would also fix other
bugs reported for installs on ppc64el, ie. the grub-installer fix will
help with another bug with detecting the prep partitions.
Adding tasks for partman-* and grub-installer; I'll close them as
appropriate if it turns out it would be better to make the changes
elsewhere.
