Indeed there's nothing special about that  twine.deb. I can run "adt-run
/tmp/twine_1.5.0-1_all.deb -B ~/ubuntu/tmp/testpkg// --- schroot sid"
just fine here.

I do get this crash if I run adt-run under the C locale, though. The
package description indeed contains an unicode character ("you’ve", it's
not the ASCII apostrophe but a fancy one).
