Public bug reported:
Lets say you are browsing a web page and as most of us know these
shortcuts ctrl+w for closing the page ctrl+t for new page and
crtrl+Scroll increase or decrease page size, and (ctrl) is used in most
shortcuts. Now when browsing a web page scrolling up and down, then you
want to go to the top of the page and you gave a strong scroll to move
the page up, if the scroll give more distance than the page limit and
used a shortcut using ctrl it will increase the page size since the
scroll is still moving.
I'll try to explain it by number. lets lay one single normal scroll
move you one page, when browsing a web page you are in page 3, you make
a strong scroll which can move you 7 pages to the top, but you only need
3 scrolls, when this is done 3 scrolls are used and the page stop
scrolling because it is at the top while the 4 remaining scrolls are
still in action and you will see this when trying to perform any of the
shortcuts using ctrl button, so when yo try to open a new tab using the
shortcut immediately after scrolling, this will increase the page size
with the 4 remaining scrolls. This is so annoying since you have to wait
for some seconds till scrolling is finished then use the shortcuts.
This does not happen only in web browser, it could happen in any folder
and any application, even on desktop, scrolling have the same problem
