Public bug reported:
Using Kubuntu feisty 7.04.
Panel autohides normally, but will not unhide when touching the bottom edge of
screen.
Restarting the GUI flashes the panel shortly, but it stays down unless the
pointer is in the bottom edge of the screen when logging in. Only going to
panel properties and unchecking the autohide button heals the panel.
