This is not a bug; it's simply the plymooth comment due to the 'quiet splash'
boot options
When these options are removed from grub, and then grub updated, that comment
is replaced by the full booting process.
That is, some user says 'hey what is this ?' while some osthers are
scared when nothing is displayed. That's life !!!
