I have it set - to no nothing but the setting in power manager is being ignored. + to do nothing but the setting in power manager is being ignored. It is like the problem when Trusty was first released. At first I thought it was a problem with kernel updates but I rolled back to one that works fine and the problem persists. Finally, I downgraded xfec4-power-manager to 1.2.03ubuntu-4 and the behaviour returned to normal. It is working correctly with the latest kernels too.
