Man pages are for all distributions. Red Hat 5, which will be supported
until 2020 [1], included kernel 2.6.18 [2] and the driver sk98lin [3]
without man page. Personally it does not bother me to delete this page,
but how do we do?

I think upstream should not delete the page and the Debian package /
Ubuntu should not install it.
