Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.22
The e1000 driver is up to version 7.6.5. Gutsy still seems to be on
7.3.2-k2
A more recent driver is required in order to support these newer
devices:

8086:10BD
8086:10C0
8086:10C2
8086:10C3
8086:294C
Already seeing some of these on the Networking forum.
