@taiebot65 Starting and stopping ofono multiple times isn't advised.
I looked at the output of list-modems in comment #1 and comment #2, and in both cases the your phone is registered to Vectone with 'umts', and ofono's ConnectionManager interface shows your device as both 'Powered' and 'Attached' with bearer = 'hspa'. Can you also run 'list-contexts' after you boot the device, and attach /var/log/syslog? The dmesg file isn't really helpful as it just shows kernel messages, whereas NM logs to syslog, and we can see connection activation attempts. Also, after booting, please wait least 5m and see if the device activate your mobile data connection. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1431026 Title: regression cannot connect to 3g network on boot on vivid r129 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ofono/+bug/1431026/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
