This is still an issue (or again) with 1.0.1f-1ubuntu9.1 overwriting
1.0.1-4ubuntu5.5. Output of the failing `dpkg` command:

    $ sudo dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.1f-1ubuntu9.1_amd64.deb
