Probably for vivid, yeah. Which is why last minute FFe and MIRs are
discouraged. There isn't enough time to do things properly.
An SRU is a separate case. I'm not on the SRU team, but I wouldn't
expect them to require the tests to be enabled in such a case.
Well. I see the MAAS team is subscribed to bugs now. I've filed bug
1433711 about the tests. Please complete that during 15.10's
development.
