Same problem here. To fix the apache configuration I executed the
following commands:
mv /etc/apache2/conf.d/postfixadmin \
/etc/apache2/conf-available/postfixadmin.conf
a2enconf postfixadmin
service apache2 reload
To create the database tables you have to run
<yourhost>/postfixadmin/setup.php once.
