I noticed that updated language packs for Uzbek are still in trusty-
proposed since the last coordinated translation update. Hence I would
suggest that you

* install the language packs from trusty-proposed (there are four of
  them; please see affected packages above),

* perform the tests according to
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/LanguagePackUpdatesQA, and

* confirm here that you didn't notice any issues when testing.
