I think I am getting a similar error when merging a snapshot. lvconvert --merge /dev/LVG/LV_snap Merging of volume LV_snap started. S2: Merged: 100.0% Segmentation fault (core dumped)
I get this error, but the restore seems to have gone well, I can boot the machine and everything is fine.
